Have rented here before when I could phone direct, it was great!, now they have a central booking place. It's horrible. Had great service, etc before but now had to wait on hold for a long time, there was a lot of background noise when I finally got through but the person could not understand simple English so she said I'd be transferred to the location I wanted.......waited in until my battery ran out. The Simcoe location does not even show up on their website. They've changed for the worse.
