Re: Park Pass: apparently pass is missing in action. Yes it’s our mistake we left the pass in the car. The manager did call and said it was not there. So going forward do we no longer rent cars from Enterprise or just at the Spruce Groove location. Probably we will investigate other car rental companies as I know the pass was in the car at drop off. Not a happy customer.

If I could give them zero I would!!! We forgot our park Canada annual pass in the rental vehicle called under 12 hours to be informed that it is no longer in the vehicle, and has refused to reimburse us. The worst customer service ever !! Our family just wants our park pass back but are refusing to help, we are just so disappointed in enterprise.

Amazing staff, very friendly. Never have to wait the car is always ready early. Much better than other locations.

Its a rental car place. Always price shop. Mileage will kill you so get unlimited which these guys had.
