I wish I could rate this place - 5 stars has to be the worst place on the planet we have ever had to deal with,  booked specifically an SUV or full size car 4 months ago and have been burned by them before so called in at 745 this morning was assured we have 3 SUVs on the lot so we show up at 845 and the lady in front of us (also promised an SUV) is told oh we only have full size mini vans and leaves just as upset as we were,  so of course once again we show up and there's no vehicle for us. To make matters worse theres nothing done to solve or prevent the problem just oh well have a nice day see you later, this place is a joke there customer service is a joke I wouldn't recommend you to my worst enemy

2nd time I have made a booking here for work, only to show up and find out they have no vehicles left, even after I called an hour before my pick time and was told they had 3 SUV's! I made my reservation in November! From now on I will go out of my way to rent from the Arnprior enterprise.  At least they were willing to bring in the car I needed!

This is the worst car rental place out there! Promised and reserved a car over a week ago and still have no rental! I will never speak or recommend this company to anybody. Worst service I have ever experienced. Thanks for nothing enterprise!

Was promised a vehicle for a 20 day rental. When I came to pick up the vehicle they said to bad we rented to someone else. Will never deal with this place again
