Great rental location, the rates are fair but the service is excellent. They are fast and professional to deal with. I've rented from this location 5 times in the past. Some for business and some for pleasure. With enough notice they do their best to get my desired vehicle ready. A great selection of vehicles from compact cars to Trucks and everything in between. My only slight disappointment was the lack of higher end luxury cars but they directed me to another enterprise location that could help me put. They've earned their 5 starts from me!

We recently rented a vehicle form enterprise Orleans. And the experience was exceptional! From the 1st call on Friday they tried to accommodate us. We where looking for a large SUV, the sale clerk explained they had nothing left ( like all others places we called/emailed) but they had a return coming at 1400, And he would put our name on it, if we liked....also noted that they wouldn’t have time to clean it as we wanted it at 1500( we didn’t mind at all ) arriving at the location they where swamped! “Charlie” and the staff where doing there best to get us on the road! Returning the vehicle today was the same experience.....from the reception staff to the driver that Brought me home. Thanks again !

Tried to rent me a car that had been soked of fuel. The lady next to me had just returned it for that exact reason and they were going to rent it without cleaning it. Thankfully she told me before and I asked to see it first. It smelt so strong I couldn't believe they would rent it like that.

We rented a car online the same day we dropped off our vehicle at a garage to get repairs. When we scheduled a pick up through enterprise, we were advised that. they didn’t have any cars left. Enterprise upgraded us to a truck for the same price as a car which we had rented online. Originally, we rented the car for one week, however later in the week, we found out that the repairs would take much longer. When we called enterprise to schedule a new rental for an additional week they had advised us to keep the truck and they would continue to honour the price of a car rental. It was great of them to accommodate our situation and we really appreciated this. Their staff were all friendly and professional and we would not hesitate to recommend this location and their services!

BUYER/RENTER BEWARE!! I WISH I COULD GIVE "0" Stars I had the worst encounter yet again with these people, I rented a car from them through insurance back in mid January 2018, I returned the car the day my car was repaired, when I initially rented the car I had to leave a $100 cash deposit for what Enterprise calls "Incidentals" Their explanation is it is in case of speeding tickets, parking tickets etc. Once I returned my vehicle on January 18, 2018 at 0800hrs I was told I would receive my money back via checque within 10 days, so naturally after this time expired I called them and was told that there was some issue between them and my insurance company and the file/rental wouldn't be closed until it was resolved. Not my problem! I called the Orleans branch directly and spoke with a man name Josh who was very rude, unhelpful and very unsympathetic to the situation at hand, it seems everyone at that location is on the "Management Team" but no one knows what is going on. I then spoke with another man named Charlie who was just as rude if not worse than Josh. Charlie would constantly interrupt me, he refused to provide me with the area manager's contact info and hung up on me. I had to call back again and spoke with Bill Fitzgerald who was equally unhelpful, he was also hesitant to give me the managers name and contact info. His explanation was that insurance companies only approve incremental days for the rental, my question was how is this my problem? If this was an issue why was I not contacted in a day or 2 after the rental was returned to address this issue? Why would they wait and not do anything about it?? I spoke to the area manager who was quite rude as well, his explanation/insinuation was that any time a customer has a rental and takes it for longer than what was agreed upon or approved then they will not close the file. I now have to wait 2 more weeks to get my deposit back. I would strongly recommend that all customers who are waiting on their deposit back to call them and find out what is going on as they lie about what the deposit is for and hold it ransom for reasons other than what was agreed upon for example a Deposit for Incidentals.
