Enterprise were always my go-to rental company until recently in Lethbridge. I booked a car from the night before and my buddy dropped me off at their location and asked me "should I wait for you until you get the car?" I was like "No dude it's a done deal you can go!". Little I knew how hard-asses they were because my credit card was not Canadian! I offered a larger deposit, cash deposit, larger hold amounts, everything! The manager their was like "yeah we can't accept that". They didn't rent me a car but they were somewhat decent of taking me to National where I rented hassle free!

Staff was very helpful. I had only one issue with this business and that is their choice not to use winter tires. I did not feel safe with my family in the van we rented on winter roads.

Worst service ever at the Lethbridge office. I called inquiring about a rental on a Monday and they said they would get back to me right away, called again on the Wednesday as I had heard nothing yet, again they said sorry we will call you right back. Now it is Friday and still have not received a call from them. Very unhappy.

1 star only because the guy on the phone Wednesday said sorry.

Employees were super welcoming as if I was a regular which was comforting, no issues with home pickup, and were very accommodating to any issues that arose. The parking lot though is quite crowded for the amount of business through there. Room to definitely expand.
