We were given a free upgrade and the staff was very informative and friendly. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. My deposit was returned in a very timely manner. Will definitely use Enterprise in the future.

Everyone was polite and efficient . Phone contacts before and at completion were very customer friendly. The type of rental we needed was not able to be handled on the web sight but the phone reservation was extremely helpful. 
Some confusion at pickup as we were unaware of availability at the airport itself Niagara Falls International but it was quick cab ride to the main sight where everything then went smoothly. Return to Portsmouth Pease Airport in New Hampshire was flawless.

All senseless people works here. I reserved a full size sedan almost a month advance. They spoke with me couple of times and I clearly told I am coming. When I went the guy offered me me a PICKUP TRUCK! Did I came for a tour or to do pickup service??? I was there with family of 4 , imagine it at a tourist location driving a truck for visiting places? No more enterprise and won't recommend to anyone.

WITH ALL OF THE TOURISM  ON NIAGARA FALLS BOULEVARD  LOCATION IS CONVENIENT.
