We reserved the vehicle through Costco. We had a short wait in line to pick up the car at MKE airport. The counter personnel was very courteous and friendly. The paperwork was already complete so all we needed to do was sign and go. The amount shone for the rental was exactly what we expected. When we got to the lot, the personnel offered us an upgrade to a very nice Ford Explorer at the same cost as our Costco amount. The vehicle was very comfortable and fun to drive. Gasoline mileage was very good for an SUV (21 mpg for our 4 day rental). When we dropped the vehicle offer the personnel were very friendly and efficient, and the amount charged was exactly what we expected. All in all a very pleasant rental car experience.

I have been renting from Enterprise at the Milwaukee airport at least once a month for the past year. I have gotten to know the reps working on Sunday nights by face, as they have gotten to know me. I have had nothing but positive experiences with each of them. I typically arrive from NY on Sunday night, and there are not always cars available in my class. Without any hesitation or concern, I am upgraded and in a vehicle in minutes. One time when all of the cars were in the car wash, I got a free tank of gas for 'having to wait so long' - it was no more than 5 MINUTES! Talk about customer service - these folks are the best. I also rent with Enterprise when I do personal travel, and had the same experience at the Phoenix airport on my Grand Canyon vacation. I had originally booked a car through one of the web "hot deal" sites with another rental company. When we arrived at the rental center, the lines were terrible! I checked my reservation, and sat down to wait, then I saw the Enterprise counter. Long story short - I rented a beautiful car and paid HALF of what I was going to pay at the 'bargain' counter! That taught me my lesson - from now on, it's ONLY Enterprise. They have the best service reps, clean, almost new cars, and a great customer outlook. Very happy with Enterprise. Although the check-in counter had a line of almost 8 people, I was able to use the kiosk and obtain my paperwork in minutes following simple instructions. When we proceeded on a very short walk to select our car, we were greeted immediately by a rep who went over the car in detail with us, even reviewing how to operate equipment. I rent cars frequently and no other company I use has ever done that. Return was simple and efficient. The car was clean with no mechanical issues. Would def recommend based on my experience.

Excellent experience for a one-way road trip. Most competitive pricing for a one-way rental. Excellent vehicle. Superb service at the counter, in the rental garage and upon return. This was our first time using Enterprise and we plan to use them in the future in lieu of our former rental agency.

Very impressed with the entire process. Used the electronic kiosk to sign in and get my car. went to the Enterprise section where I was met by an employee who helped pick out a great car. Went over all the information and walked the car for any dents scratches which we found one and it was immediately recorded. The process went very smoothly (with the exception of leaving the area as the printer and the last check point was not working and they had to get a new one - very apologetic) . drop off was just as easy and fast. Well done to the employees !!!!!!
