More organization, specially when it comes to returning the car. I have used other rental companies and never was it such a huge deal. With Budget, I dropped the car off at far end of lot. No one or no signs said give the keys to an unmarked employee (so figure out who they are). So I walked to fast desk to drop keys off like most companies do. She directed me back to where I parked. Okay so now I identified a person and hand them the keys and ask for my gas refund. Guess what!? I have to go back to the fast desk. Cheap is cheap for a reason I guess. The tire caps on the vehicle also popped off so I had to buy a gas gauge because the vehicle doesn't come with one, which also led me to purchase tire caps. Thanks Budget !

Always so quick and easy...u less your flight is delayed past midnight. Then it’s not so easy but still a great car rental company.

Easy process all around. Maybe 3 minutes combined to pick up and drop off vehicle.

Terrific experience. Vehicle was clean and an upgrade recommended by the woman at the counter - glad she did because it was a terrific car. Process of obtaining the vehicle was simple and efficient. Will rent from Budget again.

The service at this location was extremely poor. I would give them no stars. I will never use buidget again. The wait time to pick up the car was over 45 minutes. The clerk was rude and inept. He charged me for gas when I specifically told him I would fill up the tank. He did not return my drivers license which caused a huge inconvenience. Stay away from Busget at the MKE location. Dishonest, rude and inept.
