Horrible, horrible, customer service. I had no option to rent elsewhere as Eagle Ridge GM arranged as I needed a vehicle while they fixed my vehicle. They do not provide full tanks of gas, so you get to guess (great way to get more from a cusomter) how much gas is needed when filling for return. The manager is less than customer service oriented. Go anywhere but here to rent a car. Judging by past reviews I am not the first or will be the last to have a negative experience. Things don't seem to be changing with this location regardless of customer complaints.

After waiting for 5 minutes for our car we sensed something was wrong so we asked where our car was. Apparently whoever had it didn’t show up yet so we asked to be govern something comparable which they did. Businesses can’t always control clients so I was very happy when they offered us another car immediately. Would rent here again the next time I am in Vancouver! We dropped the car off at the airport location where the staff were very efficient & pleasant as was the shuttle driver.

Easy to make a reservation. Check your credit card benefits in advance and you may be able to waive the extra insurance. Be prepared for an upsell. We were suprised when we were told we couldn't leave our car parked there only to find an empty lot when we returned the rental.

Don’t waste your time going here. RAJ is the absolute worst customer service rep I’ve dealt with. I was involved in a car accident (not at fault). And ICBC has approved to cover the costs of a rental till my car is fixed. The mechanic shop is experiencing a delay in receiving parts to fix my car and the rental needs to be extended. Now Raj is asking me to return the vehicle and pay for the charges instead of billing ICBC. Even though this was not part of the original agreement when we rented the vehicle. This guy has called several times in a very short period while I was at the gym and left several messages including one where he is threatening to report the car as stolen if I don’t return the car. This is the last thing I need right now. Not impressed and very ticked off at this organization. Terrible service.

Once in a while, you get EXCEPTIONAL service and it becomes necessary to make the time to write a review. This was the case when we rented a van in July from this outlet. I've always appreciated the fact that Enterprise is willing to pick you up, which most other rental agencies don't do. In this case I was blown away by how great Wassim Kheir and his team were. This branch manager man has amazing customer skills, and it shows in the way he deals with his staff and customers. Even though I live a considerable distance away, I will go out of my way to rent from him anytime I have a need.
