Enoteca Monza Pizzeria Moderna

Today, I had to call three times in order to make a reservation. First time I was advised to call back when the hostess started her shift... Second time I was put on hold for 5 minutes and hung up out of frustration. Third time I called I managed to get a reservation for 5:30 and was advised I had to leave at 8... Two hours later I received a phone call from the hostess to confirm my reservation... During our meal we ordered food, dessert and alcohol. The products were delicious and our waitress Sophie gave us great service. However, around 8 a large table came in. They decided to sit them near us even though the restaurant had a lot of empty space and free tables... The waitress Sophie moved a table to accommodate the large group. The hostess passed by our table giving us attitude... I asked if everything was okay and she told us that she had advised us we had to leave at 8:00... Keep in mind we just spent a few hundred dollars and the restaurant had a lot of empty tables... We didn't feel welcomed at all... If I wasn't with friends and family, I would of definitely spoken to the owner or manager... Her attitude is embarrassing... As we left, she didn't say thank you or good night... I've spent most of my life in the food industry and for a new restaurant it is embarrassing to have staff like that... I hope for Monza's sake, they provide proper customer service training to their staff or they won't make it... Hopefully, she doesn't act like that with all the customers... I can think of hundreds of other restaurants I will go to next time... It is unfortunate because the food, waitress, busboys and ambiance were quiet pleasant...

Very nice Italian restaurant. They feature wood oven pizza as their best dishes, but I find their appetizer / entre menu much more amazing. They had lots of vegetarian options, too. Go there for the food, for the romantic atmosphere and for the warm welcoming staffs.

Frustrating reception we add to wait 30 minutes and our turn was coming but suddenly a friend of one of the reception girls show-up and with no reservation and she was advance ahead of us. I heard the conversation with the hostess and her friend that there was no room but she would see what she could do, after checking the bar which was full a table for two came available and she suddenly told her friend i have a table for you and was going to sit her friend. After I confronted the situation the hostess lied saying that her friend had a reservation but her friend said she did not have one; that she tried but it did not work. We are not fools , we should be respected and you should have a sincere review of your seating policy but we are truly not respected and we will not be a supporter when comes to give a reference of your restaurant truly frustrating

I was at the St. Bruno location this passed saturday and the atmosphere was very nice, the food was beautifully prepared and cooked to perfection. Big thank you to pizza chef anthony for the amzing service and excellent food! I will definetly be returning!

Good food good service good price the manager there is super nice and knows how to take care and treat his clients .Very impressive
