Enercare

Had a furnace replaced and an air conditioner installed by two personable fellows ( Vince R. and Nick B. ) These fellows were very professional and experienced in their work as well as having great and friendly personalities. They arrived on time and made sure I completely knew what the were doing. They made sure I understood how to operate the system in the most efficient manner. They left everything neat and tidy and also made sure they swept up after the completion of their work. I would highly recommend Enercare and Vince and Nick for any repairs or installations you require .Also had a water heater swaped out by Michelle and Jeremy. Again very efficient service by these two professionals. Pleasant and knowledgeable and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Thank you so much.

Right from the Maintenance technician Allen Chen, I had a wonderful experience with Enercare, he explained in detail what was the fault and advised us as to what is good for me first rather then his company. I got in touch with Racheal Welsh the sales personnel and she was very professional in putting the right pitch in the right perspective, she provided options with the pro and cons and recommended what was good with a long term solution. She looked into our needs first. The Installers Vince, Steven and Josh the lovely threesome did a very professional job, they arrived on time and just went for the installation and kept me abreast with every happening and the time frame of the work, every stage they reached. They kept on with the work, completed it within the time frame and early. Randy the Duck cleaning professional came about and carried out his job with professionalism and kept moving as quick as he was to get himself to accomplish his task as soon as possible. Blake too signed in to complete the Duct cleaning, he came in and went about his job, completed the work within the time frame, explained about his work, what and when he has to carry out the task and before he could wind up with the tools, he gave me a synopsis of the work performed Enercare was totally a professional experience.

Our enercare experience was wonderful from start to finish. The salesperson, Rachael Welsh, was knowledgeable and her information was clear. She helped us understand our choices and what different furnace types did/how they operated, but she was never condescending, and was happy to answer questions. Her follow up was quick, and when she didn't know the information regarding a new gas fireplace, she made an extra effort to find out what she didn't know. Appointments were made quickly and conveniently, and she kept us informed at all points in the process. The installation crew were top notch. Ishmael and Josh called in the morning to let me know when they would be arriving. They were prompt, polite, and honestly probably the nicest and most professional service personnel we have ever had for anything. They kept me well informed at all the stages of the installation, consulted me when needed, and did not leave until they were 100% sure everything was in perfect working order. I am thrilled we chose to use Enercare, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for heating, air conditioning, water heaters or gas fireplaces. When we replace our air conditioning next summer we will definitely be using them.

Jeremy and Michelle went above and beyond in our installation and took care of every detail. My husband was out of town during the installation and I was expecting there to be issues that I would need him home for. This was not the case! My experience with Jeremy and Michelle was fast, efficient, and easy. I didn’t have to lift a finger or help in any way. They were pros and from beginning to end and were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you to a professional team for a job well done!

We have converted from an electric hot water tank to gas because the original tank started leaking. The Enercare team showed up at our house and did an introduction. Vince R and Steve W were happy to walk me through what they had planned to do. Even during the removal and installation they were meticulous making sure that it was neat and clean. Thank you guys for being professional and tidy during that cold November afternoon.
