A very nice gym for women! There is a mini bar to get healthy food and drinks after your workout. The owner Mona is fantastic! She offered me very useful tips and suggestions on my workouts so that I can head to the right direction. Also the staffs there are very friendly! They greet me whenever I come in and leave. Highly recommended!
Empower Gym is such an amazing, safe space for women! I love the warm ambience from the training staff. It's like a second home for me. Plus the smoothie bar has the best smoothies, I get one every time I go. Can't recommend this gym enough!!!
Ever since my first training with Mona, I've felt motivated, and saw results in a short amount of time. She's always pushing me to do better and be better. She is a fantastic trainer and she knows what she's doing. Her capability to connect with your energy is what's sets her apart from the rest. Shes very intuitive and has beautiful and calming energy. She listens and will make sure you stay on the right track. She has created a beautiful gym atmosphere where you feel at home right away. I highly recommend Empower Gyms.
The gym is really nice! The staff is super friendly and will answer any question you have about how to use the equipments. I tried one of their protein drinks and it was amazing! I definitely recommend. Also, it’s a gym for women so that’s a plus!
Love this place! I’ve learned how to use machines with coach Hania! Her classes “She masters” is a real gem, explains the exercises very well and she’s amazing!
