What a badly maintained gym. 1 Rope cable extension for an entire gym. Dirty locker rooms. Outdated equipment. The back pull-down machine was ruined for two months and it’s the only one there. Just a very cheap gym experience. It’s nearly impossible to find an available equipment for most of the time there. Choose any other gym in the area if you have the option
Large space with lots of equipment. I really enjoyed access to a sauna as well.nHowever, be aware that there is a hidden annual fee of around $65-$70 for ‘gym maintenance’, charged at the end of the year. Also, if you need to cancel your membership there is a $60 fee no longer 1-2 month notice system, that must be signed in-person.
I’ve been going to that gym for some times now and all I can say is you guys have the best staff especially Gerard who works at night and all I can say is this guy is extremely polite he always has the biggest smile on, very helpful and welcoming like I couldn’t ask for someone better than him.

Wish I could rate 0 stars, greedy company 'auto-renewing' the membership despite the 1-year contract elapsing and still charging me money despite that being against the law in Quebec, great practices!
