It is definitely not the cleanest or ideal place for a long term stay. However, if life is a sruggle any person can make it somewhat comfortable and bearable. The owner/manager is a wonderful lady and willing to work with her customers. The price is by the month and dependung on the size of the room, expect to pay over $350 for the month (150$ deposit is not included). Quiet, neighbors in a nice town. The area includes a public pool, gas station, bar, grocery store, and bowling. If you happen to be a "lite sleeper", be aware that this motel is located right next to train tracks. (Can definitely get startled at 2am un the morning.) I reccomend bringing your own bedding, cleaning supplys and paper plates etc. There is free wifi and cable. A microwave also included. Like i said, it is not the best place but if caught in a bind you could make it work.
