just absolute banger style of western mass pizza and grinders. great space to throw a little party for your loved ones, and the staff was super attentive and very nice. the pizza was just exactly the thing i miss and what i long for when im in NYC dreaming of home, and i also got some grinders before i left. can't wait to come back!

Delicious food.. Their Greek Gyro was the best I've had.. Their onion rings and French fries were nice and crispy and flavorful.. Their steak bomb grinder was perfect.. Order for delivery and they were at my house 20 minutes after I placed the order.. Everything was nice and hot and amazingly delicious. Parking: Plenty of parking in the parking lot at the side of their building. And more parking spots in a lot across the street. Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp at their door.

OMG! Best Pizza EVER!! We are from out of state and we were passing by driving from Buffalo N.Y to Massachusetts. We got hungry and I am glad we found this place. I love Pizza and this place makes the best Pizza in the world The young men at the counter are very professional. GREAT JOB GUYS!

I love their website. It's so user friendly and their food never leaves me disappointed. The deliverymen are very kind and accommodating. I live somewhere that's easy to miss and they always find me easy in comparison to other deliverymen.Food: 5/5

One of the better pizza places in town, but you can't go wrong with their grinders either. My personal favorite has to be the "Steak Bomb." Friendly, expeditious service. Also, plenty of items on the menu for spice enthusiasts .

Went there for first time. Good food. Unfortunately, the customer service was bad. The younger blond girl that worked the counter had attitude when asked a question and confirmation about menu pricing. And the young guy who prepped the food and said my order was ready didn't even say, thank you. These two workers know absolutely nothing about customer service and respect. Therefore, although the restaurant has good food, I will neither return nor recommend Elm Pizza to anyone. There are many more places in Western Mass for pizza without the attitudes.

Ordered a BBQ crispy chicken pizza for delivery. Took about 45 minutes but this was at Peak time and I found out that originally the order was made wrong so they took the extra time to make sure it was made right. The food came exactly how I wanted it and a pretty good price. I would highly recommend.

Got a small cheese pizza and Onion Rings both of which very delicious! Pizza sauce was flavorful, cheese was good and dough was crispy! Onion rings were perfectly cooked! Would definitely come back here
