Every time I ordered a pizza it was raw in the middle ! Then a female driver showed up being all entitled to a tip for another raw pizza ! I worked for a dominos before and was never entitled to a tip ! Was lucky to get a dollar sometimes ! Better pizza done by actual life long pizza makers in town !
Order is always ready quickly when I pick up and delivered promptly when I order delivery. I don't think, in almost 10 years, that they have messed up my order at that store. Worst thing has been forgotten garlic cup or 2 liter. Love the Westfield Dominos..
My favorite pizza in Westfield, it's a bit pricey but I think it's worthwhile
I have had problems with my order a few times, first time the wings had no flavoring so we called and they told us we had a credit for a free order of wings next time. The next time I called and ordered they told me they couldn't find that they owed us and refused to honor it. Next time we ordered our pizza was burnt and when I called they tried to tell me that's how it's cooked. Like hell it is. They didn't want to even make me a new one but when they finally did we had to give them the old one back. How pathetic is that? Why? Cause Domino's doesn't make Bank already right?
This domino’s is the best I have ever ordered from they are fast, and the pizza is aways hot and fresh and the brownies are sooo good. Keep up the good work and stay strong and stay safe.
The best pizza I've ever had... And so quick and easy to order online. Staff is great... the food is fantastic... And the deliveries always arive surprisingly fast..... I always tip the driver really well for the exceptional service. And it's always acknowledged and appreciated.
Horrible customer service. Staff is very rude and also violates the city's mask wearing policy creating a public health hazard. Go to a different Domino's where your treated with respect and one that doesn't endanger your health through code violations.
The worst customer service of any of the locations I've used in 20 years and 6 states. I've ordered from this location 3 times total and twice has been absolutely terrible experience. So much for customer satisfaction.
The food is decent, most of the time I feel like I coulda gotten what I needed for cheaper then what I paid for this junk food tbh. The chicken Alfredo is good the first time then you realize how gross it really is. Does not taste fresh AT ALL. And not enough cute workers there to make me wanna go back all the time. Lame! Anyway omw to pick up my parmesan bites and cheesy bread
Make sure someone is with you when you get delivery. Drivers are very aggressive!!
