I have always loved coming to this beach since I was a teen. There is no lifeguard at this beach so it is swim at your own risk.
Nice, big, clean beach. No lifeguards, there is a snack shack that serves fries and ice cream - small things like that. Nice park for kids and there are also volleyball courts. One of my favourite beaches!
Great beach, no life guards. Easy laid back atmosphere. Not a far drive to feel like you're away from the city. Has a playground and plenty of water to swim in.
Beautiful lake, the kiddos had a wonderful time lots of play options and places to sit and eat. Great place to go for a day away.
Nice beach great place to bring the kids for a swim. They have a volleyball net set up on the beach. They also have a store where you can buy things. They sell the best fries!!
There are toilets at the beach entrance and plenty of seating as well as shade to the right hand side :. Everyone was respectful of the beach while we went and it had a really relaxed feeling to it without being overcrowded. Plenty of parking too
It's a nice place to take the kids because they have a small park at the beach and they can catch frogs and minnows down by the reeds. You can buy food at the cantina when its open and public washrooms are available.
A local fave for my kids .....love it here .....clean...water is warm and great shallow beach for the little ones ....also some shade for those who dont sunbathe all day. Volleyball ....swings and things to climb on for kids...dont forget frog hunting just south of main beach
Beautiful lake. Didn't see public bathrooms while i was there. Heckin buggy but that is the season i guess. Parking is adequate on the off season. I went kayaking. It was lovely.
Beautiful beach, has outdoor restrooms, tables, a park, and a walking trail. Beach is unsupervised, so swim at your own risk.
