9.6/10 One of the best noodle dishes in the city for sure!!! Please visit the restaurant as well as it will enhance your experience. Ordered through Doordash before once and enjoyed the beef noodles. This time tried the Braised Beef Noodles and it was delicious!! Reheated the broth but that was due to my dasher not putting in a heating bag. 9.2/10 Reply to owner: Hello! I just visited the restaurant and the noodles were absolutely delectable!! It's a different experience eating them fresh!! The waitress with glasses was very polite and accommodating. My impression has become even better now! 9.6/10 Theirs no such thing as a perfect dish, but this is close.
I really liked it! Tried the Lanzhou Beef Dry Noodles and the Braised Beef Noodles. Both were really flavourful and paired well with the vinegar and chilli paste condiments on the table. Also the hand pulled noodles had great texture on both thicknesses we tried. Absolutely would go back.
My friend and I were one of the first customers at this new location. We ordered stir fried chicken noodles. The taste was just perfect for both of us in terms of spice level, salt, and tenderness of chicken. We were shocked to see the thickness of the noodles. They are too filling, so just a suggestion to go empty stomach to enjoy every bite. You have the option to select your meat but for stir fried, the choice of noodles is the default. The space is big and doesn’t feel too crowded. The choice of cutlery is also authentic. Gave four stars because assuming everyone knows how to eat with chopsticks is not good. They should ask the customer if they prefer chopsticks or fork at the start. The attendant was courteous enough to give us the forks on request. Not everyone in Toronto knows how to eat chopsticks and they would still like to try new places.
When you think of hand pulled noodles, the majority of people think the dish itself will be ramen, PHO, or some type of noodle soup. This place has hand pulled noodles, but on top of the expected soup dishes, they have stir-fried noodle dishes! Their signature stir-fried noodles can be had with beef, chicken, vegetables or shrimp or a combo while the same can be had for their tomato flavored stir-fried noodles, basically a Chinese spaghetti dish!
The food is very tasty, prices are very reasonable, and the service is excellent- very fast! We ordered squid tentacle skewer, veggie dumplings, braised beef soup, stir-fried noodles with chicken, and fried fish bunsdessert. Everything was great!
I definitely recommend that you should get Dan Dan Noodles! It was quite delicious since me and my friend truly enjoyed it a lot, we’re definitely coming back here again! It was our first time trying it and fell in love with it after taking a bite . I’m actually gonna be bringing my little brother to this restaurant for Dan Dan Noodle for him to try today. the staffs was very friendly and nice, they come and see how things are doing also checking if you need anything. Such an Amazing Customer Service! I’m gonna come here from now on during college days after class before going home
Friendly staff and very helpful with food suggestions. We ordered the classic beef soup and chicken stir fried noodles. Wow the noodles are very fresh and very tasty. Generous portions. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal.
We accidentally ended up in this restaurant - we had meant to go to Don Don Izakaya next door, but misread the signs and ended up here instead. We’re so glad we did! The ramen was delicious and flavourful, I had the #2 braised beef noodles and hubby had the #3 beef noodles with pickles mustard. We also shared the mini spring rolls our 18 month old daughter ate most of them! the tofu skin and the cucumber wasabi salad. Everything was tasty and fresh, the portions were reasonable for the price, and the ramen broth was simply divine!! Service was friendly and the restaurant itself is beautiful and has a great atmosphere. We will absolutely be back the next time we are in the area!
The noodles were very tasty, especially the cold ones. Not a big fan of the fry noodles as it was too oily as other reviews have pointed out, and was too pricey for its choice of ingredients mostly onions and bell peppers in it. Quite a tiny store so I wouldn't recommend going during rush hours.
I really liked this place! Ordered the braised beef soup with regular noodles and level 2/3 spice. The noodles had the perfect chew and the soup broth was very comfortable and flavourful. Perfect for a chilly day. What really impressed me was the beef! It was so tender and flavourful, it pretty much melts in your mouth. The cilantro in the soup stays vibrant and fresh and provided the perfect bright to the rich, warm soup broth. Lastly, the portions were huge! Ordered a large and was not expecting literally the biggest bowl I have ever seen to come my way. My only complaint was that it was not as spicy as I expected it for two out of three on the spice level… next time I’ll just have to try 3/3 Highly recommend!
