I had two outstanding experiences at Elite's this past week. I've never had clothes dry cleaned before, but had 5 professional blazers that needed to be cleaned, so I asked my friends for recommendations, and Elite's was suggested. They got me in quickly with a 2-day turnaround time and the blazers turned out beautifully! Well, I forgot to bring my husband's suit at the same time (and we needed it this weekend for an event). I had attempted to bring it to a cleaner closer to my work...and that particular shop was horrendously dirty, smelly, and unprofessional. I knew that Elite was super busy with orders for the week already, but decided to ask them anyway. They squeezed me in and got the suit to me well in time for our event...and the suit was done beautifully! The store is clean, smells fresh, the customer service was A++ and I will continue to go there for all my cleaning needs from now on! Thank you for a great experience, Elite!!!

It was an awful experience. The lady Chris was VERY rude! Was pissed that I showed up, and made my friend and I feel very uncomfortable! Her service was way over priced. She kept complaining the whole time she helped me. Told me “good luck finding any one else to do it cheaper.” Well Chris, I found someone else to do it cheaper. Customer service was awful. I wouldn’t recommended this place to anyone! (It also smelled like smoke, and it was dirty!)

$13 (2 pants) + $26 (4 shirts) dose not equal 55 dollars!! They couldnt even explain to me the reason for the charges but expected me to pay them. Also, you must have to know someone personally to rate the military/law enforment discount a valid ID for either is not good enough! Will be taking my buisness elsewhere.

Been going there for 30 years, the best place to get all area rugs cleaned. Including Oriental rugs no matter how big sized.

Terrible customer service. Instead of calmly telling me they were unable to provide the service I needed, the seamstress had an aggressive and judgemental tone. Definitely won't go back.
