Hilltop Laundromat

Dropped laundry on Sunday at 11am. They said they weren’t busy and would have it done quickly.nnThey didn’t get the laundry done until 11am Monday and I was out of clothes. They lost every single pair of jeans I own except 1 pair. They then charged me $125 for this horrible service mills laundromat charged approx $65 for comparable size drop off 2 weeks prior.nnWorst laundromat I have ever encountered. Do not use them unless you want your belongings lost, laundry done late, and to pay 2x as much as anywhere else.

I had recently lost my phone and had asked for help through the security cameras. I had thought I might have misplaced it in the laundromat. While waiting for the security footage, the woman working the front desk was above and beyond in helping me. She had looked in and around the washers, put on gloves and dug through the trashes for me, and and called a day after to see if I had found my phone. Although it wasn't in the laundromat, her extreme help was comforting in the find. Love the staff there and definitely a great environment for those who need help in whatever.

Expensive. $4 per top load machine, had to split my laundry between two because they're so small. Will update if I can when I get to dryers and let you know if I feely clothes are clean.nUpdate:nMy clothes in washer 15 came out clean. Clothes in washer 14 had a bit of lint and grime. Minimal but noticable.nDryers are affordable. There was 3 minutes left on one so I picked it, added 2 quarters to get to 18 min. These dryers don't usually need long to get the job done. Washers took 30 min.nClothes dry. Chill environment. Alit of the machines are screechy.

Definitely not the cleanest or best place to do laundry. Plenty of machines to use, wasn't crowded either. They only allow work clothing in a few front loading machines. I find that they find clean oil articles worth a darn and I end up having to do my laundry twice. Not cool, add to it the drains always seem to be leaking leaving puddles of water in front of the machines. The staff was not helpful at all and passable as pleasant... Sort of

We have been coming here for the past 6 months, we use the same washers and dryers everytime. I’m a single mom with a full time job so laundry usually happens during dinner time. I have ALWAYS set timers to my machines and we go down to Wendy’s and grab dinner. NEVER have I had an issue until tonight. My clothes had just finished washing, made it back in time, as I always do, and the worker is removing my laundry from the machines so that her friends can use them. There’s plenty of available machines as it’s not that busy. There’s absolutely no reason your staff should be messing with customers clothes if they haven’t even had time to walk in and remove their clothes themselves! I can understand if I had left my clothes for 45 minutes or longer but to rudely just remove my things as soon as they stopped is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Because of this action, followed by the comment that “she didn’t care” that she made to her friends I will no longer use this business nor will I ever recommend it to anyone that needs to do laundry. The dryers suck, to say the least and in 6 months I’ve never complained about them or asked for any refunds or business paid restarts. I’ve been respectful and considerate and I’ve always sold back any quarters I don’t use because of the notice posted on the door about the issue. I’m disappointed to see that customers are treated based on whether you know staff or not. Here’s to the new year and lost customers. Goodbye
