I am absolutely thrilled with my kitchen floor. The in store help was fantastic, the installers did a terrific job !!! one very happy customer here!
Went in looking for tiles for an upcoming walk-in shower. The gentleman on the floor greeted me immediately and was exceptionally helpful in picking out tiles, grout, and discussing layout options. The showroom had great lighting, lots of samples, and you have the option to sign samples out to see how they might look at home. Very helpful all around.
We had a fantastic experience with Elgin Flooring. From front of the house customer service to any follow-up calls prior to install we felt very positive about our choice to work with their team. Install day came and John was prompt, polite and did a fantastic install of the new flooring in our home. I would sincerely recommend a trip to the showroom and supporting a lovely locally run business.

We did a backsplash in our kitchen and it was our first time tiling. The lady who helped us pick the tile was excellent and very knowledgeable. She not only helped us pick a tile that suited our needs she gave us tons of tips on how to install it. Because of her knowledge and helpfulness our backsplash looks amazing! We will definitely be coming back here in the future.
Store staff as well as the installation staff were very professional. The work of installing carpeting was completed very quickly and looked great when finished. Would highly recommend this business.
Great friendly service. They listened to exactly what o wanted and showed me all the carpet they had.they were able to give me an installation date that I wanted. Will update once they have installed carpet
Closed so no idea. Sign said call for an appointment. We went elsewhere that was open as had no time to wait, as had to replace a floor in a washroom for a friend after doing an emergency washroom repair. This was in November 2020
Went in to look for kitchen backsplash. Sales rep sat at desk while we searched through store. Eventually as we walked by he asked what we were looking for. Walked us over to samples and then went back to desk and sat down. Each time we had a question he would get up and show us other samples and go back and sit. Not helpful at all.
Elgin strives for costumer satisfaction. After an install, found a few minor issues, and it was promptly repaired..
