My experience at the store is the knowledgable staff and the great personal assistance they provide.  The staff goes beyond with their customer service.

Let's be real here, nobody reads books, they don't have pictures and the audio book is so much more easy to hold. Thankfully, the Manga section is well-stocked.9/10 times, customers head straight for the back wall, because... well... books suck.
