I want to say that I fully agree with all the great compliments about this lounge. The staff are very friendly and the service and food are great!. There are many great spaces in the lounge to enjoy and they have meeting rooms and just areas to relax on super comfortable chairs. If you have a long layover of flight is delayed don't stress and make sure you come here.Great job Westjet !
Brand new lounge with amazing lounge chairs to take a quick nap on. The entry looks awesome I thought I was entering a personnel only door. The staff immediately greeted me and made sure to let me know that I could order from the comfort of your seating via QR code. They will bring everything to you once you place your food and drinks. Not a bad experience. Food might be decent compared to airline only lounges but the atmosphere is amazing to relax on.
Hands down one of the best lounges for domestic travel in Canada. Took a bit of time to find it but it was worth it. Lounge doesn’t allow multiple entries on the same visit so keep that it mind. Once you leave the lounge that’s it. They’ve got table service and I couldn’t believe how fast it was. Never waited more than 5 minutes for food or drinks and it was fabulous and fresh. Highly recommended to check this out. We used priority pass membership with Amex for this lounge.
Wow this lounge is incredible! I am a regular traveller for business purposes and was definitely looking forward to coming here due to all of the rave reviews. Very impressed and well managed. There is a full bar, many places to lay down, many places to work and lounge while waiting for your flight. I will definitely be back Calgary!
This lounge was so nice. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They have many seating options with QR codes for their menu attached to the tables I think this should be done everywhere!, so you can order whatever you like right from your phone. The portions are small, but delicious. They're also pet friendly, as long as the pet is contained in a carrier. It was nice and quiet with a relaxing atmosphere and I'll definitely visit the Elevation Lounge again when I find myself in Concourse B at YYC.
I have been to many airport lounge. This is a pretty nice one and very good food option. I had the shrimp tempera, slow cooked beef brisket, soup and kale salad. Also very friendly staff. Highly recommended. Also food quality is actually good food.
When they said it was elevated, they weren't kidding. Really nice lounge with adoption to QR/ app ordering with full bar. Service and atmosphere was great with small attention to detail that made it feel special. Just happen to stumble to the airport and lounge. Totally worth it !
Very impressive lounge. Table service for the food items and self-serve for non-alcoholic beverages. The food was exceptional and came within 10 minutes of ordering. Even gluten-free bread and muffins. Service is excellent. Friendly smiles all around.
Busy, but not packed. Not a huge line to enter and I was able to find two seats together without issue. This was around 8 AM on a Friday also entered 6 AM on Saturday and it was unsurprisingly pretty empty at that time. Much better than the YYC Aspire lounge. Food offerings are limited but ordered through a QR code and brought to your seat. Quality is a notch better than your typical Canadian lounge. Non-alcoholic and coffee beverages are self-serve. There’s also a Coke Freestyle machine. I did see shower facilities but never had to use them. Not sure if they’re opened again post-COVID. : Clean with floor to ceiling doors on the stalls. Not a fan of the hand dryer being part of the sink but there is a paper towel dispenser by the exit. 5/5
One of my best lounge experiences so far. Great quality and selection of beverages and food. A full bar where they make the most amazing cocktails and convenient table service with the QR code. Toilets are clean, spacious and there is comfortable and various seating options available. To get there easily take the airport shuttle and request them to drop you off at B. This will drop you off almost in front of the door from the lounge and saves you a lot of walking.
