I've seen a few of their massage therapists there and they have given great therapeutic massage, really targeting your problem areas and come back with some exercises for you to help it. I also love that they have an easy to use booking system which automatically confirms since I am usually last minute at booking appointments!

Over the years I have tried many things to help my headaches, including seeing many RMT's. I started to see Jun as a RMT and had a great massage, she also suggested I try reflexology.
