What a wonderful restaurant! The server Carlie made so many great suggestions and really made the evening enjoyable for me and my family! The food was delicious and so was the ambiance! A great little place to visit if you are ever in Invermere.
The ambiance and decor is beautiful. The food was well seasoned, flavored and made to perfection! I am eating keto and all 3 of these dishes were delicious! I would definitely recommend telling everyone to check it out!
We had family from Ontario visit us. We took them to Elements Restaurant for dinner. Our server, Carlie, was an absolute gem! Her extensive knowledge of the menu was very helpful as well as her expertise in suggesting wine choices. Carlie's service was incredible! She is a real asset to Copper Point Resort as well as to Columbia Valley! Thank you, Carlie, for making our evening more special!
Food was good not great. Drinks were very good. Service was excellent. It's probably a 3.5 not a 4 but the service was good enough for me to round up. Strip- Loin Steak was cooked medium rare to perfection veggies and mashed potato's were good as well. Fettuccine with Salmon and Caviar was okay lots of salmon in the dish and a small amount of caviar. Cream sauce was bland, and Salmon was over cooked. Still was not terrible. Gelati was very good as was the peach cheesecake. Drinks and wine pairing were good as well.
We celebrated our anniversary last night and we had Carlie as our server, she was extremely knowledgeable about the menú and wine pairing, all her recommendations were amazing and in general she made our experience Very special. The short ribs were so tasty and the chicken is a must! thanks for the good food and drinks, we will definitely come back :
The chicken wings were incredible! Super crispy with the perfect amount of seasoning. Our entrees were good, but not great. There were a lot of flavour profiles which kind of confused the palate. The signature drinks were also pretty good. I am not much of a drinker, but still found something that I really liked. Phil, the waiter, was very lovely and provided fantastic service. Overall, the experience was decent and I would likely go back.
Mind your tipping!! Great food and service, but when questioned on how they calculate the gratuity they claimed, adding it to the total bill was the norm. Which it is not! Gratuities are to be calculated on the total BEFORE tax. Customers should not be paying gratuity on any portion of a tax. For this reason, we will choose other restaurants to dine in when we stay at the resort.
Service was fantastic and the food was really good. Little too spicy for me, but I guess I should have read the menu a little closer. Loved the pairing options. Would definitely eat here again
Great, friendly service by Coral and all 8 of us were very happy with our food, especially the Wild Salmon dish. Very tasty and perfectly cooked. Will definitely return next time we are in the area. Kindly convey our Thanks to your chef.
We had chicken and pork chops, both were cooked perfectly tendered. Partion was plenty. Our waiter was very knowledge and described the food the way it came out. Won't be looking elsewhere anytime we come visit.Food: 5/5
