I put ~1500 km on my road bike each summer and have been in more than a few bike shops over the years. Recently had a mechanical issue that I just could not fix and fortunately I chose Elemental. Rob put it in the stand right away and had it solved in about 20 minutes. You're a first-rate bike mechanic, Rob - thank you!

Rob "overhauled' my bike from one end to the other and it now works perfectly for the first time! He suggested I replace the stock pedals and handle bar grips to improve my riding experience; what an improvement! I really appreciate the time he took to educate me about the parts of my bike that were malfunctioning. I would highly recommend Rob and his bike shop!

the best shop around! great service and a welcoming shop. Rob (owner) is always super positive, his attention to detail in his work is amazing this is (from what i know) his third location and he has over a decade of experience under his belt!
