I bought my Gemini 60 volt a couple of weeks ago. This is my first time buying this. So, I asked the ladyI forget to ask her name. But, I guest there's only one there. And she patiently explained to me everything about the features and how e scooter works. And as well as the warranty included. I'll recommend this Electric Avenue store to everyone. In fact, one of my co workers will go here. To look one for his wife. Their warranty is the best. They stand in all the product they sell. And also my especial thanks to thier mechanic. For properly tuning my new e scooter. Thank you guys for the wonderful experience you gave to me buying my Gemini 60 volt. I really like it...! Now, I save a lot of gas going to my workabout 20 km each way and doing some of my every day errands at home.
They're great! Kind, courteous service. Knowledgeable, passionate, attentive and informative. Good deals on scooters. Carmie was amazing. I had so many questions and she had all the answers :- Mike the technician,and Camie the showroom host/sales rep. are fantastic ecological entrepreneurs! They were so helpful. They really know how to express how much they care about the customer, the related products and the environment/ecology Camie helped me understanding all I needed to know to safely drive away with a great scooter.
Awesome! Awesome! Sent an email to book an appointment. Fantastic response time and they followed up with a phone confirmation. Their store is clean and full of inventory. It’s a family run business so their daughter came in with her and was busy quietly disassembling but/bolt/washers. I told her I was a first time rider and was heading to the competition to check theirs out before I made a decision. I asked if she were able to compare the brands. Never once did she bad-talk the competition and even pulled up what she could find on their warranties to allow me to compare for myself and she responded to my comparison questions very knowledgeably. We went to the competition and although their website said they were open, there was a sign on the door dating to call/email for an appointment. I called but the owner was not able to come so being from out of town, we want back to EA. I called to let them know we were on our way back to test ride and when we got there they had the bike waiting for me. It was charged and ready to go and we drove it to our friends house right then. Highly recommend them!
Love the way they go out of their way to make sure the customer is as educated as possible about whats going on whether its the sale of parts, ebikes or service. Props to both the sales rep and technician for both customer service and quality of work. Would give more stars but can only give 5. Great work Electric Avenue.
The whole team was amazing at doing this job quickly and affordably. Along with being able to come on their off hours to pick up my bike, their accommodations were perfect. Amazing all-round store, definitely a lifetime customer from this point on!

I was looking for some parts of my electric bike . I have searched all over the web browsers for 2 days . Finally , I found five stores could sell them . I emailed them all . But only Eaebikes Electric avenue ebikes answered my email in few minutes . It said their store has some of what I need . I was so happy . In the next day , I went to the store . It is very impressed . They have lots of products and the bikes .The owner is knowledge and helpful I found and bough two items from the store . . I went home and fix my bike . It is perfect ! Now , I am not worry any more since I know if in the future I could come back if I need some other bike parts . I am so lucky to know this store .Thanks a lot . those pictures show this red bike is so nice . I really like it . Dreaming to buy !
Great customer service!!! Quick service. Fare pricing. Just drop off and they will call you with estimated b4 work gets done so no hidden costs or surprises. Can't get that any where else. I had brakes done Light bulbs changed Ignition changed Front fender changed Seat and back rack changed And signal wiring all done in 1 day Clean and well organized store front not like some other places. Will be back with other bike to get fixed really soon
More than 1 year after use, my comfort series three wheeled scooter has worked flawlessly, From the first communication to the sale and the final pickup, my experience with Electric Avenue was 5 + stars, from the Informative sales staff to assistance of loading the scooter, all in all a fantastic purchasing experience.
