Liked the professionalism and how knowledgeable the staff were. Cozy shop that has been in business in Hamilton for a long time. They take time to assess your needs and are encouraging.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great selection of bikes. Have helped me buy a bike, as well as provided maintenance and given me lessons on fixing things myself. Couldn't recommend it enough.
Bought my bike here as of last August for my commute to Mac. Brian and Matt have been nothing but helpful as I've come to the shop for various bumps and mishaps that have happened since the purchase and during riding. Highly recommend a visit here if you're like me and had no clue as to what bike would best fit your needs.
Brian and the boys know their repairs,fast turnaround on repairs, often while you wait, at very reasonable rates. Reasonable prices competitive with the internet on parts, and I just like it here. It feels like a bike shop should without the all too common "roadies with attitude' problem common too many other stores in the area.
Matthew was so helpful. Spent time on 3 separate occasions to help me pick the right bike. Overall I had an amazing experience here and I would recommend them to anyone.
Excellent knowledgeable staff. Very good at assessing the right type of frame for my over size body.
Simply the best bike shops and services in town! And probably in the country!! So lucky to have a group of guys Brian with so many acknowledged on cycling
