Elbow-Grease 2000

I will give no star if I can to this company. I had a tenant moved out on July 2022 and my building Menkes had my unit cleaning by this company. It is ridiculous to see that all the window sills were remains untouched, dirt and hairs can be seen by bare eyes. I have to spend half a day clean it all by myself. See Photo The shelfing above the kitchen sink were untouched and full of dirt as well.  I'm surprised that although the shelfing is high doesn't mean the customer will not check!! All the baseboard of the unit were also untouched and full of dirt. I'd expected at least they'd tried but they were untouched. Dirt on the bedroom's door can be seen without any effort of cleaning. Moreover, floor on the bathroom although was moped; dark spot can still be seen and of course I have to remove them myself as well. I'm very dissatisfied of their services and wonder why do I have to pay them to clean my unit if I have to go up and finish their unfinished jobs. I had requested for a full refund but they had offered $30 and I tell them to save it and I'm going to warn other customers beware of this company. They were not doing their jobs!!!
