Racist staff!! Went through 5 interviews, only reason I wasn't hired was because every single person that interviewed me was not a visible minority. With qualifications that surpass what's asked, track record to prove standing. Each and eveytime was let go off the interview... why??? 5 TIMES...... what else could it be. each and every recruiter is biased on who they want on their team. Please challenge this company when it comes to interviewing, don't let them tell you off, so rude and disrespectful, I wish no one has to go through this as I experienced. No reply after when asked what are the things that held me back? repmy- oh nothing, we will pass you on to next interview. sooner than later indeed sends me a message that they declined the next interview 5 TIMESSSSS!!!!

Vile Company. If we had better “do not call laws” this company’s tactics would be described as borderline criminal harassment. They are incompetent, careless, ignorant, disrespectful, abusive and either negligent or intentionally cruel.
Great company! Professional cleaners show up on time every single week and do a great job cleaning our offices. They are efficient, and seem like real pros. I find them reasonably priced especially given the convenience of dealing with them through their website. I don't have to talk to anyone if I don't want to. I just book it or make changes to my bookings on their website and then pay on line. Super easy. Super cool.
Very good service. This company does daily cleaning at a good sized commercial building I manage. The staff are professional, fastidious and reliable. I love the cleaners and the ladies who manage it, but mostly I love their technology. This company is a breath of fresh air for the cleaning industry. You should really try them if you get the chance.
It was my first time using iRestify. They came highly recommended by a colleague and I'm so happy I went with them. My condo was spotless, cleaned with detail including behind large appliances, polished and shiny. Customer servics was great as well, from the cleaner to the online chat. Using them again!
Do not use this service if you can't be on site to supervise the cleaning. I used this service once before and was satisfied, but I was there during cleaning. The iRestify platform is set up to allow cleaning visits even if you cannot be there to meet the cleaner. This time I was not able to meet the cleaner, but trusted they could complete the tasks requested in the amount of time I paid for. I spoke with the cleaner by phone when she arrived and confirmed the requested tasks - she did not mention any concern with the request. Her e-mail from the night before did state that she would contact me half-way through the cleaning if she thought the tasks could not be completed. I never heard from her after our initial call. When I arrived later that afternoon to inspect the cleaning, I saw a lot of evidence of a sub-standard job. iRestify customer service was responsive but unwilling to help, claiming the cleaner told me there was not enough time to complete the tasks, which is not true. I think the iRestify platform is generally a strong business model, but they need to stand behind the quality of the work, even if it's subcontractors completing the work. In this case, the subcontractor is telling them something that is false, and iRestify is believing that over what the customer is stating and can prove.
