The staff at El Campesino is out of this world, and their food is delicious. In addition they have some of the best prices for drinks in Streetsboro. They have been in the city for years. They are working on a remodel right now, so obviously they don’t plan on going anywhere. Their food is outstanding, their staff is kind, knowledgeable, and fast. They never fail to make my family and I smile.
Salsa tasted like it was only tomato sauce and cilantro, so that was disappointing. My margarita just tasted like the mix and didn’t have any alcohol in it. So that was disappointing. Our food came out pretty quickly. That was pretty good. I wish they had salt and pepper on the table. Because the dishes really needed salt. But overall experience was average.
Great place to take very young children or elderlys who can’t handle much spice or flavor. It’s honestly some of the most bland food you could ever eat. How do you make chicken, beef, and cheese enchiladas taste EXACTLY the same??
My husband had the chicken enchiladas, steak/chicken quesadillas and a flan to go. I had guacamole, fish tacos and sopapilla. Both of us also had mango margarita with our meal. My husband preferred the quesadillas over the enchiladas since they had more flavor but both dishes were good. I did enjoy the guacamole and the tacos, sopapilla was a bit too sugary for my taste but that's just a personal preference. We both liked the mango margaritas. Verdict: Good food, good service, reminded us a lot of texmex food we had while living in TX.
We had a wonderful family dinner here!! Love this place! Not to expensive & GREAT food!! Thank you again to the staff!!Food: 5/5
Food was excellent. They need to do some remolding on the interior. Service was fast and friendly. I would eat there againFood: 5/5
I'll never return. The first lady, older lady, to approach me upon entering the restaurant looked at me, AFTER walking past me, and strangely asked if she could help me with a tone as if I was lost. Then she seemed surprised that I replied "uh, yea, I'd like to eat here." The Worst excuse for hospitality I believe I've ever experienced. To top it off, the food was not any better. I've never, until now had a cheese enchilada with what seemed to be some kind of sandwich kraft american cheese inside, sorry but whatever type of cheese it was doesn't belong in an enchilada, IMO.
I had a great dinner with my granddaughter here. The waiter was very friendly and was very happy to give suggestions when I asked what was good. I have to admit his choice was excellent. The streak burrito was one of the best I've had in a long time. I loved the salsa especially because it wasn't too hot for me. Just enough spices to make it bitie. The margarita was pretty darn good too. The service was great . Nothing bad to say. Will be going back next time I go visit my granddaughter
Service was great was asked often if I was ready to order which I was slow to do because it's a big menu and I'm not as familiar with Mexican food as I should be. I decided on the Carnitas I had so much food I took home enough extra I think I had 3 more meals of it. It was very good and not overly spicy and that was good for me because I don't like hot spicy food. Really enjoyed the music along with the food. Parking: Pavement was broken up and hard to walk on especially since I was using my cane. Could stand to be repaved.
Truly the best Mexican food in the state of Ohio. Every location is great. This one needs remodeling but the service was excellent and the food came out hot and fast and perfectly delicious.Food: 5/5
