I was warned about how much they skimp on ingredients here, but nothing could have prepared me for the buritto I received. This is the smallest burrito I have ever received from a Chipotle believe it or not, this thing is double-wrapped and it's safe to say I won't be returning to this establishment.Food: 1/5
Just received my delivery order and the rice was so undercooked that it was almost as if it was poured out of the bag. When I contacted the restaurant about it, they refused to replace the order and if they did, it was going to be with the same rice that I was previously served. This comment was directly from the manager at the restaurant. Therefore, if you are placing an order today, you are going to be served raw rice. I guess serving customers undercooked food is acceptable. Finally, I did contact corporate customer service and they were nice, but this didn’t fix the current situation.
The food still tastes pretty good, but the atmosphere has taken a HUGE dive in the past few years. The customer service is non-existent; the way the workers look at you almost makes you feel shame for going there. The place is always out of key ingredients and is filthy inside. Whether poor management, training, or both they need to tighten it up.
Dirtiest chipotle I've ever seen! Worker was wearing the same plastic gloves collecting money and then making food never changing gloves! The food prep counter was filthy!! Soda machine carbonated water only, they had no grilled vegetables, garbage over flowing and found plastic in my food. I'm considering contacting the health dept. I recommend passing this one up!
Always good, but lately it's getting slow. It's come to the point of being faster to stand in line than to order ahead. Typical wait time is 2x longer than the app says...
DoorDasher - 4/5 because there are times when they have a hard time communicating. I don't like being stern with restaurant staff because i know they're doing all they can. However, there are times when i need to be, at this location, because I'm being ignored. On the other hand, there are a lot of times I'll come in, and they just ask, "Who are you picking up for?" and they let me know approximately how long it'll be. This is the norm, and I'm grateful for that.
Everybody at this Chipotle is amazing except for the little african american girl that usually works the cash register. She is super rude and when me and my husband asked for extra rice and tomato salsa she told us “No”. She has a horrible attitude and should not work at Chipotle or with food if she is not going to give the customers what they asked for. It has been reported to corporate but just incase anyone goes in there and you want extra anything be prepared for her to tell you no. Kid-friendliness: Should be fired
Out of half their ingredients and served yesterday's black beans at 11AM. Tacos were 1/3 full. Shared my experience and Chipotle has no record of me ever eating there despite a receipt and credit card charge.
This was the second time we ordered from here and the order was messed up. It can not be that hard to put cheese and sour cream on all the bowls. So now we have 2 people mad about there order. No lettuce or quac don't know this until you already get everything else in the bowls. Just very upset and disappointed for almost $80.Food: 1/5
We have always liked this location, but today was horrible. Five pieces of chicken in each taco...5! And, they gave us the wrong chicken bowl. I cannot eat spicy, and this was! Not very fresh on anything. Chips tasted like old grease. Disappointing to say the least!
