I bought my Jeep Wrangler used from Aaron and asked for a picture of the under carriage and he pulled it in the shop and took great pictures and between that and the condition I was sold!! Great guys and one of the easiest places I have made a car deal.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received today. I had booked an oil change appointment with Paul, driving 30 minutes from Vienna for a scheduled 3:00 PM slot. When I arrived, I was informed that the technicians go on break at 3:00 PM, and I would need to wait an additional 30 minutes. This raised the question—why would an appointment be scheduled at a time when no one would be available to perform the service?nnI also want to note that on my previous visit, despite having an appointment, I waited over an hour and a half for an oil change. Unfortunately, today’s experience reinforced my concern that my time is not being valued.nnI drive a 2024 Jeep Rubicon and chose your dealership with the expectation of professional, timely service. Regrettably, based on my recent experiences, I no longer feel like a valued customer and will be taking my business elsewhere.nnI hope this feedback encourages a review of scheduling practices to prevent similar situations for other customers.nnSincerely,nMathew Vickers

I have been visiting Eichenberg Tilsonburg for servicing and oil changes for my Chrysler 200 and it has been a great experience. The staff is friendly and polite, and I would like to specifically call out Paul from the Service Desk. He has been amazing, very professional and polite to deal with. They are also really good at the service they provide, doing thorough checks and informing me of any problems they find, which is not always the case at other Chrysler Jeep service centers unless we specifically ask. I am really happy with their service and how they treat me as a customer. These positive experiences are what bring me back to Eichenberg for all of my service needs.
