Replacing our old car at Tillsonburg Kia turned out to be a surprisingly pleasant experience. Both Ameet and Steven were friendly, informative and very helpful, answering all our questions and giving useful suggestions. We were well taken care of. Great to have good people close by!
My dad and I went in looking for a new vehicle and met with Ameet. He was very thorough going through different models and took time to find the right fit for my dad. We then met with Steven who helped us get a great rate in great timing. Both went above and beyond to make sure we had the vehicle for Monday. Very welcoming atmosphere from start to finish including the reception and service team. Being the first time buying a brand new vehicle the process was made extremely smooth and would highly recommend this location!
am very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. We felt that Steven and the management team did not treat us fairly throughout the process. Communication was poor, and our concerns were not addressed professionally. We experienced significant stress and felt harassed when trying to resolve the issues we encountered.nnInstead of receiving clear and honest assistance, we felt pressured and unsupported. We expected better customer service and transparency from both Steven and the General Manager. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this dealership and would encourage others to carefully review all documents and agreements before proceeding.”

To the seemingly well educated sales person who provided the analogy of returning an open carton of milk for a refund when I enquired about pro rata refund on protection plan for a vehicle total lossnI highly recommend the dealership invest in educating this guy or rid yourselves the liability of bad staff!nI spoke to knowledgeable people at another dealership of yours and got the info I needed!nUseless and annoying to say the least.nWe were unhappy the day we bought the car but I let it gonDon’t go and save yourself a headache and $$$
