I got my tooth treatment from Dr. Ibrahim for the 1st time today and this is one of the best experiences I have got. His way of dealing with the problem and friendly behaviour made me very comfortable to talk about my tooth problem and he treated my tooth issue well until I satisfied with the treatment. And a big thanks to assisting staff including the lady at front desk who put extra efforts to claim my insurance.

Just 2 appointment later can say that Dr John Ibrahim and his team should be the standard for any dental clinics. Very professional and comfortable.

Let's talk about this dental Clinic, shall we? I've been to a ton of dentists, and orthodontists and what I love about this place is literally EVERYTHING! Sandy at the front- a true gem. So helpful, so understanding, and so accommodating. Who doesn't want a Sandy to greet people. I love me my Sandy. Michell and Jula- Literally so funny and nice and gentle. So kind and always make my visit comfortable. They check in on me while I'm laying there with my lips pried open getting my teeth cleaned/ whitened/ fixed. And finally and the best part- Dr. John Ibrahim. The good lord broke the mold after he made this one. He really takes a comprehensive look at the patient- not just the teeth. He gives me my options, he knows what my lifestyle I'm a new mom will not be able to maintain, he knows not to over-do procedures and cares about the long term changes my teeth will experience. He thinks 10 times before he recommends something and never pressures me to do anything I don't want to do. Everything is a conversation and an agreement. He walks me through his thought process and makes sure I'm fully aware of what I'm about to get done. He focuses on making his patients comfortable, has the best sense of humour and is the best dentist I've ever met. Not to mention, when that overhead dental light hits the right way, you can see this glimmer of honey coloured something in his eyes. Definitely worth laying there with your gab smashed open just for that part alone. LOL Seriously though, so happy with my services, and the time he's taken with getting my teeth to the level of perfection I had hoped for. He's my dentist, and will be my family's dentist for as long as he's practicing! The clinic itself has a very downtown aesthetic without the pretentiousness.

My family have been seeing Dr. Ibrahim for a few years now and our dental experience have always been exceptional. Being very nervous about dental procedures, Dr. Ibrahim ensures that i am comfortable and relaxed before he begins treatment. He and his team provide quality care and makes us feel like we are apart of one big family. A great dental clinic! Dr. Ibrahim and his team is amazing. Call them up and their super-helpful receptionist Sandy will help you schedule an appointment. Dr. Ibrahim is a nice, friendly person. He treats his patients with care. Often follows up after critical procedures and they never call you to pull you in for a check up. I recommend this place to everyone.
