Nice clean restaurant, bright and airy. Less crowded than the one next to the Champlain mall. Service is a bit slow and they are confused. I was suppose to have a choice of meat with my Benedictine special of the day, but didn't realise that they forgot it until I read the screen at the entrance.

I love breakfast at Eggsquis! Service at the one in La Prairie is a bit longer but the food is as good and I love that it is not as crammed as the one in Brossard and we don't have to wait for a table. I have to add that It's sad that they charge 1$ extra for red onions and 2$ extra for capers on your salmon.

Great ambiance, staff is quite professional and courteous. Prices are a bit high, but provides equivalent quality.
