all of the reports of this being a dive are not exaggerated. but damn do they crank out some tasty goodness. my effie burger was 1 pound of goodness on a bun bigger than my head. needed some seasoning but holy moly! the seasoned curly fries we had were excellent. really good service.

These burgers are really big. Your gonna want to split one with someone. This to me is one of the best burgers in town. Good fries and onion rings. This place is a little shabby, I don't think the place has changed, ever. It's still worth it.

One of the best hamburgers you'll ever have. The Effie burger is hugh and my husband and I will each eat 1/4 of burger. We showed up at 7pm on Sunday as they were closing and they made us a burger and fries anyway and we brought it home. If you have never tried their hamburger you need to go!

I love the gizzards, my hubby loves the onion rings and kids love the fries. We all love the burgers. It's just a great small hidden treasure of food. And I love that I can stop in anytime to pick up a to go order and enjoy it at home.
