We needed our basket for a certain time and date for a gift. The person receiving the gift waited 5 hours at home for the fruit basket then received a call that it wouldn’t make it there for another 24 hours. My family who purchased the edible arrangement asked if they could get a refund as they missed the service request date and time and the person receiving the gift would not be around for the new scheduled time. The manger was very rude about the situation and did not want to give a refund or come to an agreement. We felt that us as the customer where not heard and the person who was supposed to receive the gift didn’t end up getting it. Overall not a great experience unfortunately. I also want to add that the manger actually hung up on us while we were speaking…will never order again
NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! I hate to write a review, but this place has no sense of professionalism and extremely rude! I was told that we were going to get a edible arrangement delivered - I spent the whole day waiting, I even called and they reassured me that I would receive my fruits EOD. 1 hour before closing I got phone call, apologizing that I would not be able to receive my fruit assortment that day... which I needed it for an event. After speaking with the receptionist and the manager, they were reluctant in giving me a refund. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN NOR SHOULD YOU!!

Just received an edible fruit basket for birthday on Thursday June 18, 2020 so we are 48 hours out. I've never been a fan because I don't trust the quality of the fruit and the people putting them together. Just as I suspected, the fruit was moldy and rotten. I've included a picture. To top it off, the delivery guy didn't wear a mask and was far from sanitary. This basket was 100$ waste of money that is now in compost. BUYER BEWARE.
I ordered a last minute delivery for my mom's 80th birthday two boxes, balloons and the chocolate pop. It arrived without issue. She was very pleased with the whole presentation and really enjoyed the treats. She said she would have just one and then ate the box. Fruit was fresh, chocolate was delicious. Great job! My only issue was the "track status" never updated. I did call in the afternoon for an update and the person was helpful and information accurate. This is a great if you want to do something a little different. Worked out because my mom had some guests and she had some special treats to offer them. And if you are looking at the chocolate pops I found them much bigger than expected.
Very disappointing that my delivery for Valentine’s Day that I ordered almost a week in advance and spent a generous amount on took all day and was not delivered until 8:45pm! not to mention that my valentine had to go out at 730 and as such the strawberries will be sitting in the lobby for another hour. Won’t be ordering from you guys again in the future
I ordered a cone of chocolate covered strawberries never having ordered them before and I came by to pick them up. I paid before I could see them which I think was deliberate because they were just on the back counter in a plastic cup so no need to add anything else to the order. I paid and the cup was placed in a bag and the employee or owner not sure went to the back. I stopped to check out the berries and almost all of them were whitish yellow on the ends v.s red and fresh looking. While I didn’t expect perfection, they weren’t aesthetically pleasing and they were a gift so I asked the man to come back and asked why they looked this way, with dry browning leaves and everything..he said that’s how they come blah blah. He seemed frustrated and mumbled something about replacing one. He swapped out one and the rest I was still stuck with. I feel this was sloppy work and a waste of money.I also feel hiding the product from the customer to mask the low quality was especially shocking. When asked to replace them he only replaced one. This is totally unacceptable and I would warn anyone to be wary when ordering fresh items and be sure to request to see the items before you buy. Fair warning because there are special occasions coming up...needless to say I won’t return!
Placed an order for delivery to a business as a surprise for a friend. Waited all day to hear from friend, but when I spoke with her she did not receive any delivery. Contacted Edible Arrangements and they informed me that it was not sent out because they were too busy. Totally understand that these things can come up, but there was no call to myself, the recipient, or email notification that the order was not going to be fulfilled as requested. Was very upset that I was never contacted about the delay as the surprise is now ruined. Was also unhappy about how my call/concern was handled by staff. Hopefully it shows up today.... hopefully it's made fresh and not from yesterday....
I received these beautiful healthy treats from my manager on thanksgiving and it actually made my day. Fresh fruits and amazing flavours bursted into my mouth. Yummmm!!
I had ordered items online for a work function. They do not deliver, so I went over to pick my items up. The staff were super friendly so I had to give them a star for that, and another star for the items. However I had to deduct a lot of stars as the place was very messy, a state of disarray, if you will. And the smell was of old fruit sweet and over ripe. It didn't leave a great impression on me about the very expensive items I had bought but hope they'll address the sanitary, cleanliness concerns. Again, Staff are great. Super friendly, incredibly accommodating, very helpful, took the time to assist someone in their order and walk them through it an individual in front of me
