Horrible customer service. Gave a time frame for delivery (4hrs) and delivery didn't happen. The element of surprise was ruined and the woman on the phone (possibly the manager) was rude and didn't really care. She could have been sympathetic and offered another option or even a discount instead she talked over me and hung up in the middle of my sentence. Way to go losing a $70 order. It may only be $70 but it does add up!
