I was so disappointed to be missing the birth of my granddaughter because of battling the flu. I wanted to make sure my daughter-in-law knew how much I wanted to be there and how much love I have for my newest grandchild. To have a florist totally understand my emotion and then craft the perfect arrangement complete with a beautiful keepsake statue is such a gift. Reggie nailed it and went above and beyond with a custom-designed that expressed everything I had hoped to say. Simply fantastic.

So I show up and ask for a delivery for the following morning, and my only directions on the arrangement was "Make it interesting, make it different" - these guys totally came through. I've ordered flowers from them before, and this is the reason I keep coming back. The results surpassed what I had anticipated. This arrangement was about $30, and in my opinion, completely worth it.

Bad experience for Prom wrist corsage. I sent the floral designer an online photo to help communicate the design I wanted ... vertical on the wrist with some grasses giving it height (like a t formation on the wrist). Also stopped and and met face-to-face with her to discuss stem choices. She mentioned needing to cover wiring with ribbon or netting and I asked that she keep it as simple as possible (almost an Asian-like design). Upon pickup, the corsage was basically a buttonniere tied onto the wrist bracelet with ribbons. No wiring, No grasses; moreover, it was not vertical in any sense. No time to redo. When worn, the flowers were floppity and therefore got bruised and browned prematurely. VERY disaappointing. Buttonniere for gent was very nice. Just don't understand why, if she didn't get it or couldn't do it, she just didn't say so.
