Typical Hipster Rehash 

The main claim to fame of this art gallery is that they have managed to siphon close to a million dollars 
Possibly more in Government fund to Aid the homeless. Basically it appears to be just another. Part of the Buildings owners plan to Convert the area into a Upscale High rent area. By siphoning off his Government grants to aid the homeless. And rebuilding his other properties. True they will no doubt be able to give you one or two feel good stories..About the great work they are doing. But there are hundreds that they are exploiting to pretty the place up. And they have no plan on were they will dump the homeless once they are done with them.
