Awesome service ! The lady who helped me set up my account was so nice and helpful. Great selection for your retail or home based business. Poly Mailers, jewelry boxes, all kinds of mannequins, displays for everything you could think of, tagging & pricing guns, the list goes on ! If you do any types of sales - you need to come here! Went in today for some items. The staff at the store on 3rd were great. Helpful and patient. We had to go to the warehouse on Charles St. to pick up the order and the staff there were amazing. So friendly and helpful. It's sad but this type of service used to be the norm. Now its more of the exception than the norm. 2 thumbs up to Eddie's warehouse staff.
So incredibly impressed!!! I ordered online from Vancouver Island, communication was incredible with updates, and received my order in 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! I am so shocked and impressed with how fast delivery was. I was expecting having to wait a week to get my order, so to get it less than 48 hours after I ordered, made my day! I’ll definitely order from Eddie’s Hang-Up Displays again! Thank you for an incredible experience!
Eddie is starting to not be as reliable as it once was and fall behind. These days is a very slow painful process to go in there and grab a couple items. Their computer technology is very slow and out of date. Eddie needs a new point of sale program and quick transactions. And newer trained staff. Going back less and less
Had some miscommunication issues at first, but by the time I left the store today, I was happy with the efforts made to satisfy me. Staff was very pleasant. Even when I was a grump. Will use again
My garage is super organized because of these folk! They have every known conceivable slat wall accessory on the planet. Staff is super helpful. Everyone knows their product info. My only complaint is that the storenisnnot open on weekends.... Even if they were to open for 1 weekend every couple of months... I know I'd be there. Store is very well organized. Partitions at the checkout.
Great service, the person who helped me out with my $5 purchase, made me feel like I am an VIP. Good selections for small retail business.
