Seems odd that it's been almost 3 years and this store is still closed and still standing with no sales within this time. Are we sure this isn't a front for something else?

Staff is too pushy and keeps on spying on you while shopping. Store doesn't have any extra ordinary stuff. Items are overpriced and "EVERYTHING IS FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES" since forever.

Excellent customer service. I went to HomeWares to add some plates and small bowls to the kitchen. The sales associate was kind and patient. She walked me through the advantages and disadvantages of the ceramic and steel bowls I was looking at. She made sure I was buying the items that most suited my needs and purposes. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I like cooking.This place was mention to me by my friend. They have many kind of cooking items to choose. They have lot of sales person who give you good advice. I like this place very much. This place is my regular spot for new items for my condo. They bring new items all the time. The Quality is excellent. Lots of staff who are very helpful and give you ideas and show you the best deal. I hope it will soon be safe for my favorite store to open again.

I have such a great experience going to this store. The sales associates are very helpful and friendly. I went there to look for a pot, and the very knowledgeable staff showed me the pros and cons between a stainless and non stick pot. Because of her input, I decided to get the stainless pot.I use this pot almost everyday and I am very happy with it! They also have a lot of practical houseware stuff from containers to everything that you need in your kitchen. It's a cooking aficionado's place! Did I mention that the prices are awesome too! It's Vancouver's little known secret! Go visit this place, you won't regret it.

The price is very good especially in sale. Service is also very good but to certain type of customer. I went today to buy a glass pot which is on sale and want to talk to the sales lady who was serving another customer who speak native English. Their conversation was around 10 minutes while I was waiting. The sales lady then talk to me in cantonese but only for less than 10 second and turn away to serve other customer. This is not the first time I experience this service but lots of my friends who don't speak Good English receive this kind of service. I don't think I will come back again.

They have amazing customer service! I love their items, they are very good qualities and a very good prices. The owners are very friendly too and always see to it that customers are being helped. If you need something for your kitchen, this is the place to go. Thank you guys..

My wife bought a wok and some kitchen utensils few weeks ago. The wok is made in Germany, the price is reasonable and excellent quality. Thank you for the Asian sales lady’s good service, she was very patient and explained the usage of different brands of wok to us. I am very satisfied with my shopping experience in this store. I am sure l will come back in future if I need more kitchen wares.

Great selection. Good prices. Staff was very helpful. Unfortunately closed due to Covid. Hoping they will reopen soon.

Some of the staffs that work there have very negative customer service attitude. One of them is very rude and impatient and even told us "to shut my mouth". If the staff don't like their job, either quit and find another career goal, or this business should shut down and go out of business. Update: January 2021 - It looks like they really are closed for a long time. They may as well close it up since the staff cannot provide good customer service.
