I needed to get some work done on my car after a little accident. the folks at Basco took care of me from start to finish. They were friendly and accomodating. They worked directly with my insurance company, and made my car look like new. They also cleaned the inside which was an added touch. I decided to go with them after seeing all their 5 star reviews and I am glad that I did. They did all the heavy lifting and even organized having my rental ready for me. Had an excellent experience. Was rear- ended in my brand new truck and was totally devastated. It was still drivable thank goodness as it was the middle of winter and I rely on my vehicle to get me around for work. These folks went above and beyond to communicate timelines/next steps with me. I needed to take my truck up north for work while waiting for parts to arrive for the full repair, so they kindly fixed me up with a rear tail-light to be road legal so I could avoid having to use a rental. The repair job is remarkably seamless - like nothing ever happened! Not only that ,but they returned it to me washed inside and out, even organized all the junk that was in my rear seat Highly recommend.
