The handicapped accessible room was awesome. One wheelchair accessible shower in one bathroom and a bath/shower in another. The service was exemplary. The desk person walked down the hall to check that the refrigerator was plugged in, before I even finalized the reservation. Then she helped me unload the car and wheel the massive luggage cart into the building.

We stayed here a few months ago and loved our experience. The staff was very attentive and professional. The room was clean and tidy. I'd definitely stay here again!

Bed bug beware! Horrible experience! We asked the hotel clerk if we could check the rooms for bed bugs he said yes. He said very clearly, "We don't have bed bugs!" We asked to check anyways. As we were checking the first room he said, " don't step on the sheets, as I am going to have to put these rooms back together if you decide not to stay". Our response was, "the only reason why we would not rent the room is if we found bed bugs and if that was the case the rooms should be sprayed and not put back together." To make a long story short we found bed bugs!!!!!!! I instantly became ill. To top it off there was food and garbage under the beds. The clerk's response was as we were leaving, "thanks for messing up the beds now I have to go fix them. We instantly said please spray and contact management first. Please read as bed bugs are an epidemic and should be regulated. Not to mention this was the second hotel we checked in Evanston that has bed bugs that same day!

Excelent place to stay, very quite, clean, great service and best unbeateable price I could find. Big fridge, very new tv's with HDMI connedtion to watch movies. Loved it. Thanks! Hope to stay here again one day!

Love it there i stay there every week even if it's for one night but most of the time it's more staff is so friendly and helpful the desk manager is the most caring person I have ever meet at a hotel
