I didn’t do the same endless laps in industrial areas ... the first day I “walked” into real traffic, even highway. Yet, before moving the truck, I was taught the basic: point of friction, shifting pattern, and the important dual-clutch ...All this in a clear, logical and simple way. With this starting point, progress was evident, not only that, but trust that I will take the exam in first attempt, has increased. Another positive aspect is that preparation for technical inspection and reversing, are separated. In this way, the student has the necessary time to focus solely on these important issues. All these aspects have been particularly useful. At the exam, I had no doubt about the outcome. There were no situation that we didn't practiced. All the little tricks, all the problem areas we have repeated many times in real traffic conditions. So, from my own experience, I can recommend with confidence Trans-Canada Driving School.

First, I went to the Top Hand driving school whose owner and instructor Akhtar Mahmoud. I made a contract with him for 30 h practice, 3 times exam, etc etc etc. As soon as he received the full amount of money $ 1900 , he dishonerd the contract and stuck me approx. 8 months and finished 23 h (1 h=45 m) road pratice with zero technic. Then I went to Trans Canada driving school and took my class 1 license. Mr. Forhad is a very skilled and professional teacher /instructor. He showed me all essential and easy technic. He is an amiable gentlemen. His co-instructor Mr Federico also a good instructor. I recomment to start with Trans Canada and get your license............

My friends recomended Trans Canada Driving School and I went to there and staff was very friendly and very professional, reasonable price. What my friends told me Its exactly like that and teachers are professional and taught me very good and I learnt very fast and I past my exam after few lessons. We're all my friends and me very happy with the teachers's Truck Canada Driving School. They are helping me to get my first job. There are'nt money grabber at all. I will recomend this school every my friend.

When I took my course with them, they stretched out my instruction forever. I was taking class 1 btw. The instructor is very polite but quickly changes attitudes and is quite rude and controlling. After taking 5 courses I asked why he wouldn't allow the changing of gears. He kept saying it can take a while to progress... I sat in with another guy and he was at 50hours and still had not learned how to drive properly... also the instructor was yelling at him. He told me later that not all his students progress so slowly... but I soon felt I was being pushed down that road. It feels very degrading to be treated that way. I hope he receives his karma. The next school I went to was very rude but also very efficient... in two courses I was already changing gears and going on the highway. Don't let them waste your time... they are skeezy slimy money grabbers. They sent me to a saint Laurent location to do the driving because they didn't have their own truck... but I get the feeling it's a company issue ... JERKS!!!

It was in late 2014 that I first took my road test for Class-5, I was confident, but somewhere deep within there was a fear, “lack of experience “ on Canadian Roads. I took the test and the examiner failed me, the remarks were, “you drive very well, but you need more experience on the roads “. I was disappointed, at least he could have given the license, and I would have practiced anyway. I was guided to take classes from park area, very economical, 18 $, 20 $ per hour. My Grandfather told me that “a dish will be as sweet as the amount of sugar you put in it”. I use to get down at Du-College metro on my way back to home and I use to see the office of Trans-Canada driving Institute. I decided to take a look. I met Mr. Ferhet and after having a small chat with me he agreed saying that he would be pleased to take me an s a student. We initially agreed to 4-5 classes as per need and I started with one hour class in the evenings. After just the third class he asked me to take the exam again, when I showed signs of doubt, he re-assured me saying that he is confident. We met at the examination center and he gave me the keys to the car and left. The exam is over… The examiner, “Who is your teacher, from where did you take classes??” I showed him the car and gave him the name of Mr. Ferhet, The examiner, “Excellent, you have scored 97.4 %, I would like to meet your teacher “I was overwhelmed, I was so proud to have got a teacher who commanded such respect. I was also proud that I was able to maintain the high standards of commitment and the excellence of results which this institute was producing.Class-1 – Heavy Truck Driving license Needless to say, I chose the same institute for reasons mentioned above. I was not surprised to see many students from other truck driving institutes who were present in the theory class. I was again blessed by my God and I was able to clear the written the very first time (with about 4 hour of joint session and 2 hours of computer practice) It is not the name of the institute or the advertisement or the cost, The Quality and commitment with which the True instructor gives all his knowledge skills is what gets the results. The dedication and commitment, the pains which Mr. Ferhet takes leaves no doubt that he is the best teacher and no words, but the excellence of results in itself silently proves that it is a wise decision for those who first see whether they want a sweet dish with sweetness or without it. I took my Class-1 – Heavy Truck Driving license in first attempt from Trans Canada as well. They are professionals. Awesome Experience.
