Welcome to Eco-Tech Saunas. At Eco-Tech Saunas we value our customers. We were looking for an infrared sauna distributor close to where we recently moved that dealt in quality saunas that did not use glue in their products.  In our search we found Echo-Tech Saunas, a little place tucked away in Paris Ontario which is just north of us.  Jackie Hicks the representative we spoke to on the phone and personally when we went to visit their office was very helpful.  We were able to get the sauna layout we wanted which is not shown in any of the on-line searches we looked at in Ontario.   She also gave us great tips for the best infra-red sauna experience for newbies.  We were unsuccessful in finding an electrician for our house for other needs and after explaining the electrical options for the sauna she even had business cards for an electrician who turned out great for the sauna and our other electrical needs.  The second time we used the sauna the door stuck and after discussing the issue with Jackie found it was normal and it hasn’t happened since, (slight wood expansion which corrected itself).  We went with the delivery and set-up option which was well worth the extra cost.  Steve Hicks and sons did an excellent job.  We have only had it a couple of weeks and both love our sauna and plan to get many years of the health benefits of our beautiful sauna.

I am so glad I discovered Eco-Tech Saunas.  It took a while initially for me to find this amazing company on the web.   To their credit, the company does not spend a lot of time and energy with fancy advertising and hard-push sales tactics.  But what a gem of a company it is.  Don’t waste your time with all the other U.S. based companies whose links quickly come up when you google “far infra-red sauna.”  If you are interested in high quality products and excellent, professional customer service, call Jackie Hicks at Eco-Tech straight away.  
I bought a 4X4 Infra-Core Max sauna that is manufactured by Saunacore.  I have had my sauna since early March, and I use it every day.  We hired a local electrician to install the proper wiring and to assemble the sauna.  We have had zero problems with the unit, and we could not be happier with our purchase.  Using the sauna these past few months has already had a very positive impact on my health and well-being.  
I cannot recommend Eco-Tech Saunas highly enough.
