This is honestly the best gym I have been to in the Chicago area. Since It's open 24/7, I have been able to come at any time. It has 2 full power racks, a full set of dumb bells, and every accessory needed to have a great workout. Most importantly, it's incredibly clean, and it's never crowded due to the 24/7 hours. I highly recommend you check out this gym.

Great Gym! Family, tight knit atmosphere. Everyone knows each other and cares about each other at the gym, it's also a judge free zone which is the most important of its many great qualities. Eco gym of Glenview is without a doubt the most premier workout facility in the area simply due to the fact that it has resources that other gyms can't offer. What other gyms have hyperbaric therapy? Not to forget the gym runs on a "Go Green" mentality that stays true to its name. All in all if you're looking for a gym where the people actually care about you and your goals and you can have fun at the same time, eco gym is the place for you!

Perfect place to workout for business travelers coming to the area. Open 24 hours, clean and great selection of weight training, cardio and cross fit. You can't beat the daily fee either.

Place is awesome for people looking to workout anytime day or night! Place allows for chalk and great lighting for those who are looking to practice posing.

Ecogym has gotten significantly more popular than when I started a year ago. At first everything was pretty good, equipment mostly clean, lots of space to workout, etc. But it got worse over time. My first bad impression was with constant hassles to get a trainer, I tried a trainer (Axel) and he was in lala land the entire time. He was on his phone and looking in the wrong direction while telling me I was doing great. Not the best experience. My husband also tried the same guy and another girl whose name I'm not sure of. He found that they had the same program regardless of which trainer. But she did a little better than he did. So we decided no training for us, it just wasn't the training style we liked. We continued to work out at the gym and all was great until a few weeks after New Years when suddenly the place got packed at most hours that we could go. People with trainers would take up large spaces and leave messes behind, it was awkward to use the cable machines and battle ropes because they are right in the middle of walkways. There was waits for machines and these guys that always wore flip flops. This gym also has a "the more you go the less you pay" deal and we would often go in after staffed hours and see a crowd hanging out and chatting, not even working out. People sitting on sofas watching tv on cellphones, etc. We went on vacation and were gone for 2 weeks and got a call offering free training for 1 month. We decided maybe while we were gone they changed some trainers, and we were right. A new guy named Austin started with my husband, he had a lot of good sides to him like explaining things thoroughly but he had equal bad sides. He only worked my hubbys legs the entire month and the last session he got free the trainer was 30 minutes late because he was chatting with his last client and my husband was standing right in front of him and he didn't notice. My experience with the sessions was different. I trained with someone who no longer works at eco gym. She was fantastic, did some workouts with me, changed things up constantly, etc. But after I decided to buy sessions for an incredibly high rate (80ish per hour) she left for medical reasons. After that and the incredible over crowding we decided it just wasn't worth it to spend $120 a month for a small gym with only the perk of private bathrooms at that point.
