This place, not only has the best service. They are Always friendly, kind, thoughtful. The owners get to know their regulars. On my birthday i was gifted my favourite dessert! The food is exceptional. Its fresh and the best healthy take out option there is in this city! All around 10 stars!
Wow, this place is incredible!! Amazing tasting and quality food, very generous portions, and super friendly staff!! We also had a steak sandwich but it was gone before I could snap a photo. We will definitely be back!
Been a monthly buyer. Love the tasty dishes that saves us time. Although I tend to avoid dishes with Rice, it just has too much rice, macro seems unbalanced making the dish not so worth it. Then their opening schedule is a bit off. Closed on Fridays and Weekends. We arrived once during opening hours, and it was closed with a notice on the door.
Absolutely love this place and will recommend to anyone I know! Since breaking my foot, my partner needed a bit of a break from all the cooking - plus it gave us healthier options to eating a bunch of takeout. Their food always tastes delicious each and every time, the sauces are *chefs kiss*, the portions are amazing and the staff is SO friendly. My partner is amazed every time he goes in - they remember him, they remember me, and our plan etc. It's absolutely worth the cost. We've tried some things off their menu as well given how much we enjoy the pre-made meals. The crunch wraps, and today the protein shakes - I'm always blown away. You won't be disappointed.
Let me start by saying, the food is DELICIOUS. I have been a customer since the day they opened, approximately 7 years. I brought all my family and friends here and they all loved the food. However... I am not a fan of the constant inconsistency. It seems that every time I go now they change something. They took away their bowls and changed to meal prep only, then brought the bowls back, then brought them back as pre-order only. The size of the bowls have gone from large, to small, to medium. I never know what to expect when I order from here. It seems like the hours change every few weeks. Sometimes it's until 5, sometimes until 6, and sometimes until 3. It is very frustrating because the management wants to run a restaurant, but does not want to be open regular restaurant hours. Why would you close a restaurant at 5PM? That does not make sense. You are either open just for lunch, just for dinner, or both. Not half-way in-between where I have to jump hoops to figure out a way to get their food. I also have witnessed the staff members arguing on multiple occasions. I used to love this place but every time I come it's a surprise now and the inconsistency makes it such an inconvenience. I understand experimenting in the beginning stages to test the market and see what works best... but it's been 7 years of this and they still can't figure it out. To top it all off, they announced their summer hours starting this coming Monday. No problem. I invited our family over to order the food for dinner tonight for 4PM, and they informed me that they are now closed at 3, starting today instead. They lost myself and my family and friends as customers. As I said, the food is delicious, but I am tired of the constant inconsistency and letdowns.
The place is great overall. I had a new chicken wrap with fresh greens and rosemary Mayo - it was DELICILOUS! My bf had a lunch bowl Which is HUGE BTW! with rice, avacado, bacon, bbq sauce, etc. He loved it! We have been here numerous times. We enjoy it greatly! The only thing that's a bit of a downer is the place on Glenridge isn't sit-in. There's no tables / chairs for eating inside. Which is fine during the nice weather! We went to a nearby park and ate outside : The staff are always friendly, and though the prices are a bit costly the bowl was around 14$ and my wrap I believe was 10$ it's great, fresh quality food and you feel really good about eating it. I've tried their sandwiches, and other wraps, and their soup. ALL are yummy and very filling! If you're planning to get takeout here, i'd recommend calling in your order if it's for 3+ people because it does take time for the staff to make, since everything is fresh! And it also gets busy some days / times especially late lunch time I've noticed so give yourself time to spare! I'm giving 4 stars only because of the no sit inside option, as it'd be great to have in the colder months, and because the wait times. I've had to wait a good half hour before because it was busy, and there's always minimal staff 2 people working the entire thing. More people would benefit them greatly!
Build your own bowl is absolutely stellar. I always recommend this place to my friends, especially ones visiting from outside the city as my favourite spot to grab food from. Thanks for the hard work guys :
absolutely amazing food and service! i got the sirloin steak meal and my boyfriend got the ultimate chicken meal and it was truly the best takeout we have ever gotten! this will definitely be our new friday night takeout every week! as a couple who works out and tracks macros the fact that the meals came with nutrition facts really sets them apart from any other restaurant. more than recommend!
The house made protein bars are absolutlely delicious! Had the BBQ chicken bowl it was fantastic!! can't wait to go back and try more! Most certainely lived up to the hype!!!
The crunch wraps!!!! my wife and i ordered the beef taco crunch and the veggie burrito crunch........OMG they were so so so good, portions are enough for two meals each and the garlic sauce on the side was fantastic. i want to drink that sauce!!!! service was excellent and we cant wait to try the bbq chicken club rice bowl next. They also offer meal plans and desserts. this place has it all. highly recommend!!!!
