Always a pleasant experience when visiting easyhome here in Williams Lake, BC. I have been dealing with them for a few years now and no matter whom I speak to I always have my questions answered, deals offered to which I usually accept and get something. Today I was with Becky and she was very helpful as always. I am going to miss popping in to see what I can purchase, what the newest offers are and just talking to Becky and the store manager Shaun. The things that I have through them currently will probably be the last things I get from easyhome because they are closing this location and transferring everyone's accounts to Kamloops. Corporate should really reconsider not closing this location as it serves such a large area! Bad decision on someone's part, easyhome will lose a fair amount of business.
I defenitly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I have been with easy home for years but most recently i went to easy financial for a loan. Crystal was the lady that helped me she was very professional but still very much interested in my needs. She has great customer service and very friendly. You need a loan call crystal shes your girl!
Been with these guys for years they literally treat you like family. Great service, Friendly outgoing and get you pretty much anything you can think of. Amazing Rates and work within your budget. Thank you Crystal, Shawn And Ryan. You guys are awesome!
Great experience with the employees and very easy to deal with. Crystal is professional and makes everything easy to understand. If you are looking to rebuild credit or get a loan for a home reno or whatever, Crystal is the one I would recommend talking to!
Always go above beyond to please customers. I always have positive experiences when dealing with all the staff, namely Crystal, Shawn, and Ryan. They explained every step of the way, worked within my budget, and even showed instalation of the appliances, and set up my furniture.
Ok first of all I want to say I appreciate Shawn becky and Kristin they always work with me and my budget never pressure me to do anything if there is anyone else in the store. I’m sorry I didn’t mention you those three are my favourites and always help me to the best of their ability I cannot express how grateful iam for theese 3 you all rock thank you I will go here for anything I need
Employees are great to work with and easy home is a great service to boost your credit! Delivery guy was awesome, hauled our item into our house by himself. Great service.
Don’t waste your time with easyhome Williams lake. They never reply to your emails etc., only when they need something they’ll be nice. Be very cautious with this company. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
Really easy to work with trying to rebuild credit plus treat myself . The staff go out of their way to make sure I'm happy
I was rather impressed at the friendly service and happy cheerful staff. I highly recommend stopping in for some of ur needs
